Sam yes if u look thru my earlyier sessions i think i deadlifted pretty much everytime i went to gym and been stupid ur rite i did pick up injurys cos of it my trouble is i dont allow myself time to heal cos i get bord of sitting on my ass but healin time is needed for me to take my 1st novice title come may ![]() | ||

To answer ur question sam yep im eatin loads mate dunno y the weight has dropped if i can get to around 80 for the yorkshires il be happy but agreed 20kg is alot to give up in bodyweight weighed in at 71 this mornin | ||
