good squatting, must be 200-210 pull in ya now with a 190 triple, that's some serious pulling at 70kgish.....

hey good to see you training again!
ive jus had a quick look through your log again and have noticed lots of your deadlift sessions have included very heavy pulls 90%+ of your 1RM and attempts at beating your 1rep pb.
im just bringing this up as you have been complaining that you keep getting trouble with your back and this could be due to the way you have been lifting?

Sam yes if u look thru my earlyier sessions i think i deadlifted pretty much everytime i went to gym and been stupid ur rite i did pick up injurys cos of it my trouble is i dont allow myself time to heal cos i get bord of sitting on my ass but healin time is needed for me to take my 1st novice title come may Cool

finished with some tricep extensions ans over head dumbell press light weights and burnt out with bicep curl

Feeling pretty happy with today as sam pointed out in an earlyer post i usually train to within my 90% of my 1RM so tried a different approach today although the numbers on the bench rnt massive i really had to work to pull them out maybe thts due to the recent weight loss weighed in at 70kg this mornin but apart from tht the session felt good stayed away from my love of the deadlift and nasty things tht cud hurt my back want to get fit for the U90 novice yorkshire next year and hopefully take afew scalps in the process

good session today im happy due to my hate of the squat and all leg movments in general, back felt good belt on for all no soreness gunna give deadlifts a miss for afew weeks still dont wanna risk it. To answer ur question sam yep im eatin loads mate dunno y the weight has dropped if i can get to around 80 for the yorkshires il be happy but agreed 20kg is alot to give up in bodyweight weighed in at 71 this mornin

Todays trainin

Jus messed around wi dumbells nothing special afew snatchs wi 35kg and press wi upto 25kg jus kept it really light and easy back abit stiff and was fried from yesterday
