yeah m8 i kno im not 2 bothered by it to be honest jus frustrating when ur not firin on all cylinders i wanted to got to 170 for reps on dead but some days u have it some days u dont Grin yeah m8 lookin forward to tomorrow

Bench

Few sets upto 60kg

Farmers
50kg each x 40m
80kg each x 40m

My 1st session at OSG very nice setup never done yoke or farmers found both very hard but quite happy no drops on either back to doncaster now :-)

todays session

Back Squats

warm up with bar between 15-20
40kgx10
55kgx6
85kgx6 rep pb
105kgx2
85kgx7 rep pb

leg press

100kgx20

bike for 4 miles

happy with the squats again considering 4 weeks b4 i was only doin 100+ for singles and strugglin, lower back was sore today so didnt want to go really heavy felt i had more than 2 reps with the 105 but didnt want to risk injury 130 maybe more will go next week if back holds out.

left it there as the 190 was a struggle and my back was startin to ache more rest needed before goin heavy

strict press with power clean

happy enough with this as i was trainin alone with no spotter i didnt fancy goin heavyier although the 85 was fairly easy no strugglin or pauses nice and smooth

steady away this session kinda let me kno where im at after afew injurys i feel strong overhaed on the strict press, deadlift form needs more work but happy tht i pulled a 190 carryin minor niggles in my back with decent form. happy with bench also never been tht high on my own with confidence to be sure of hittin it gunna take a week off relax and come up with a program tht sees more compund movements something iv lacked and more volume to be included on the scales this mornin weighed in at 73 kilos
