Bin raining all day so evets was off. Decided to squat instead. Sleeves only pb at 220kg, felt like there was more there. Overall pb then at 250kg, this was heavy, a real grinder. Walked out 270kg then, which felt a bit scary, but manageable. Did curls because I couldn't face any propper moves after that squatting.

Huge squat PB.

Do you do the overhead squats just for fun, or do you feel they help in any way ?

Both. I like doing them, but they are also awesome for core strength.

Cycle 13 Week 1. Squats are up from last cycle some how, really happy with that. Did some super sets after squats to get sesh done quicker, was taking near 3 hours before for a sesh. That was done in less than 2.
