Decided to squat instead. Sleeves only pb at 220kg, felt like there was more there. Overall pb then at 250kg, this was heavy, a real grinder. Walked out 270kg then, which felt a bit scary, but manageable. Did curls because I couldn't face any propper moves after that squatting. | ||

Squats are up from last cycle some how, really happy with that. Did some super sets after squats to get sesh done quicker, was taking near 3 hours before for a sesh. That was done in less than 2. | ||

Decent numbers on squat and bench, supersetting box squats in there doesn't seem to have hurt either. | ||

Doesn't look like too much writtten down, but that was a 4 hour killer sesh. Feel broken now. | ||
