Too wet for events so trained indoor. The 252.5 came to the knee an just stuck there. 125 same story as last time, just couldn't hold the lockout. Feel crap today so not too bothered missing those attempts. Need food and sleep.

Cycle 9 week 3. Got a massive pain all down the left side of my ribs, tweaked it sunday and its got worse. Had to bail after 3 on 5 rep set, and miss the 3 set alltogether, but made sure to get at least 1 on pr set of squats. Still a raw squat pb tho. The strict 112.5 is a 1 rep max, and obviously a 2 rep max aswel.

Cycle 10 week 1. Raw squatting coming on nicely. Tweaked my program to include O.H.S. or power cleans for 3x3 at the start of my sesh's, and will end with 5-8 sets of 2 dynamic effort (50-60% 1rm) deads, box squats, log press and push press (cycled). Obviously sticking to 5/3/1 for main lifts.

Cycle 10 week 1. Doing my 5+ deads day off blocks because I hate 5+ day. Also, making prescribed reps on deads is becoming a struggle, so hopefully using blocks I can carry on and finish the 13 cycles I've generated.
