Cycle 8 week 3 5/3/1. The clean fail was very close, as was the db fails. Would've nailed them if I was a bit fresher.

true....u sore today?im not to bad tbh,calfs are stiff..but every thing else prity sound.stomach wasnt tha best after medly tho,

Had a day off events and a day off squats and deads as a sort of mini deload. The 130 was inches away. Should be there next time I try it
