The 260 deadlift flew up to the knees then just stopped. Recon I would've got it if I didnt have a bit of a hangover. The 130 beltless dead was really fast too. And the 132.5 press would've gone up if i hadn't repped the 120 i'm sure of it. The 120 is a big rep pb tho.

Lots of singles and fails @ 65kg

Shocking sesh. Wanted 3 reps with 122.5, good first rep then failed to do another. Also had plenty of db fails too which shouldn't have happened at that weight.

(Strict) Axle Press

Decided to try my squat and press 1rm today. Squat 200 in sleeves only is a pb, along with 227.5 wearing belt and sleeves and then 260 an overall pb (belt and wraps). The 260 was very comfortable, wish I'd gone for more now.

Deadlift pb day. The 257.5 was very comfortable, as was the 152.5 bench. Both final pb's were a real chore tho. First time doing Z press, what a core blaster that is.

Only tried them the once but I recon I'll keep at them for a while. Can really feel it working your core. If they're good enough for Z there gotta b something in them!
