today, bulls**t session. Ruined by very sore wrist, i guess i grafted harder on sunday than i thought. I think it was the tyre flips...

bulls**t push presses with a log

up to 3 singles with 110

bulls**t strict pressing

then some bulls**t bodybuilding

tomorrow a better one.

friday is good!

Sunday too.

Fridays Plan is log and other pressing, might need to do few squats first to warm the old legs up.

Sunday would need to give those 18 inchers a go again (unless doing them tomorrow)

I should be in at 4.15pm, the plan is log, 18's, defecit then off floor
