I like to keep space for doing something I feel like in my training, as I think some days you need the little mental boost of doing what you feel like you will do well.

What is with strict (paused) I assumed everyone paused their strict presses, I cant do them any other way Confused

Cheers fellas, much better today Happy

It may just be my gym but most people seem to touch and go at the shoulder. I return the bar to rack position, breath, and then press from a detensioned dead stop.

It may just be me, as I am pretty new to strict pressing, but with any pressing for reps I stop, breathe in, tighten the core and then start the next rep. I could prob do T&G light, but not with much weight

Cheers fellas. Now stuffing my face Grin

Aye Ben it's great. 4 Eleiko bars, 2 texas bars, trap and football bars, 6 generic bars. 3 platforms. 4 sets of stands and another on the way. 8 benches, kettlebells, powerbags, battling ropes etc etc etc

Guess who helped design and plan it Grin

All that plus 2 rooms of cardio kit and fixed resistance machines for about 240 quid a year.

I'm helping plan the new £175million sports centre we're building too. Just a casual 220 stations... Eek
