A little shocked I missed a 285 pull! Back is tight and bottom position was not right today. Pulled it to my knees but it was stalling and would have required a hitch, so I put it down and worked off a daily max of 260kg. No matter Happy

You still got some good graft in mate abd the Bulgarian split squats are a great exercise

Hammies glutes and hips are stuffed today from the Bulgarians! Tye thinking behind it is to strengthen my yoke and famres, as my single.leg stability is apalling.

This is the most technically approached programme I've ever done!

Well Ive done them for two sessions, and I recommend them!

The only other one leg work I do is putting my socks on. And I still fall over half the time!

Interesting, I am also weak on single leg stability, and it certainly affects my yoke. It may be worth a try for me too. Think I will find them very hard tho

Familiar, I prefer to sit down to put on socks and shoes where possible, to avoid this Unhappy
