the UK's leading expert in bio mechanics Member 1973, 7379 posts | Well Ive done them for two sessions, and I recommend them! The only other one leg work I do is putting my socks on. And I still fall over half the time! | ||

Session was about 1hr20mins, so fast paced for me. Doubles as hypertrophy and conditioning Good session I suppose lol | ||
