What's your thoughts on one legged drills? Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | 24/9/10 Did a few over heads today seem to of lost some pressing strength same for my bench too i dont know why, strict press 15 x bar 6 x 40 5 x 50 3 x 60 1 x 70 fail push press 2 x 70 1 x 70 cleaned it up 1 x 80 fail (done this before dont know why i couldnt today) 5 x 65 3 x 70 one arm clean and press both arms 5 x 26 5 x 30 1 x 34 1 x 36 only on right arm pretty s**t at these i can jerk more then i can clean and press is that normal? face pulls 4 sets cable rows 4 sets dips body weight 7 8 8 really weak at dips and pull ups should do them more. Cut the amount you dip a little and up the explosiveness = you will be on your way | ||

Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 19.10.2010 @ 09:42 AM by GATES Events todaystarted with a medley of tyre flips 40kg each hand farmers then bucket carry and 90kg barrel flipped the new 350kg tyre twice, which was nails very heavy and dense went onto do connans wheel warmed up with 80kg for 3 turns 120kg for 2 turns 220 for a full turn but did drop it once after that did some cleans with odd objects shoulders felt to sore to press the objects then did some loading with the 90kg barrel and 60kg barrel picking it us as if it was a stone then did a condintion medley to finish which was sledge hammer work, axle dead lifts for reps cleaning the 60kg barrel and tyre flips | ||

Deads 10 x 60 5 x 100 5 x 140 3 x 180 3 x 180 5 x 160 not happy with my deadlifts at all they seem to be all over the place just trying to get my technique better as it seems to be terrable but cant pull as much weight, i really dont know what to do here front squats 10 x bar 10 x 60 5 x 80 3 x 90 2 x 100 pb hamstring curl on machine want really happy with todays session quite happy with front squat pb heavist i ever been on them as i only just started to do them. gonna but a few videos up of my deadlift on my youtube channel | ||

Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | 28/9/10 Bench 20 x bar 5 x 50 5 x 60 5 x 80 5 x 90 2 x 100 5 x 80 incline press 10 x 60 sacked it off as no spotter and getting the bar out the rack is dangerous as it's so far behind my head dips bw x 3 had no strength for some reason chest rows 80 x 10 x 5 shrugs 80 x 10 120 x 8 x 4 tri push down 10 x 6 10 x 8 x 4 happy with getting two reps at hundred for some reason by bench droped most i dont before was 4 at 100 with no spotter so dint go for 5th but today felt better then has is last few weeks | ||
