I've been invited ( nay begged) to join the SAS, hence me needing to find a place to train around Herefordshire. Lol, just a lad on another forum interested in doing strongman and I said I'd ask for him

Member 2310, 140 posts	I know a couple of decent gyms in Herefordshire - but not many strongman gyms; Depending on when your pal wants to train, they are welcome to pay a visit to us in gloucester; bit out of the way though. Give it a few weeks and Worcester has one opening with stones, logs, yokes, farmers and....crossfit stuff.
