The wikipedia link below explains what it is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_apnea I'm always lashing out in my sleep, having vivid dreams - during which my wife says its like watching dog dream he is running/fighting, and more recently I wake up in the night, often several times a night, gasping for breathe! As I'm a moody, miserable f**ker the doc prescribed me some drugs to take every day, to lighten this mood, and so thought these were a contributing factor to my disturbed sleep, but apparently not! He has now referred to a sleep clinic at Oxford, where they will monitor my sleeping patterns! I wondered if anyone else suffers with their sleep in this way,and has had to attend a sleep clinic?

Member 194, 3976 posts | I suffered with insomnia while taking trenbalone enanthate. Mixed with about 700mg of test this led to many 2-3am morning wood situations. Gotta love gear

old fat fingers needs to find 10kg Member 192, 640 posts SQ 280, BP 210, DL 245735.0 kgs @ 122.7kgs Eq | I thought you had to weigh about tree fiddy to suffer from this. When Donnie Thompson came over for the BPC Brits last year, he had one of these (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positive_airway_pressure). Might be worth trying?!

A gastric band is an option Member 624, 109 posts | It isnt uncommon for me to piss in my sleep. Not in bed like a man baby mind. I get up and go for a walk first. I also tried to shag a mates cactus one time too. It hurt me but the cactus flowered within a week. Luckily we all saw the funny side. Tree-mendous fun.

left the country satisfied Member 10, 19241 posts SQ 240, BP 150, DL 270660.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | i had that. terrible. but i think it has gone away with the fat loss. The fat induced sleep apnea had a simple solution: lose the fat worth it!

I would guess that in terms of strength gains the loss of quality of sleep and near choking death experiences are more harmful than the little gains from extra weight - especially if you take it easy and slow fat gains. Warning tho mate, it took me about 10kg of weight loss before the apnea went Then again, i was very fat (now only fat)

never too old Member 637, 760 posts | I thought sleep apnea was when you stopped breathing, rather than dreams and lashing out?
