 Ne n coner a fuickex .ay ouse part we .be Member 1425, 4647 posts SQ 340, BP 227.5, DL 335902.5 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | i like using the safty sqaut but would love to have one without the handles so it was just a drop down bar we got a york one and its tight on my neck so proberly isnt safe at all but i love how if your form goes it realy lets you know by pulling you forword like it on box sqauts aswell feel it realy working on my upper back stops me rounding on sqauts | ||
