I was injured pre-china and if i couldve had a full refund i doubt i wouldve gone. However i couldnt, so i relied on painkillers and non-faggotry in order to make the most of it, which i did My wrist is recovering, but i want to do whatever i enjoy. I put my all into weightlifting and loved it and competed nationally which is good i guess. Now i wanna do summat else again Adam has influenced me to powerlift again and i love it again ive entered a competition for the 22nd feb. | ||

Squats - changed my set up a bit to include the bar being a bit lower on my back, and my stance was slightly wider but close enough to hit a real nice depth Felt a lot stronger in general although the weight wasnt heavy. I need stronger abductors now, my knees came in a bit towards the end of my sets. bar x loads 70x3, 3, 3. 100x3, 3, 3 110x3 120x3 130x9, 9, 9, 9 first set was tricky, how dya warm up for a set of 9? But all were done beltless and werent too tough. New set up is a go-er. OHP 50x5 60x3 65x3 70x3 (recent pb) 75x2f3 Bench Paused 50x5 70x5 90x5 100x3 110x1+1, 2 recent PB, 1+1 (2nd rep on 1st and last set had a small help from my spotter, 2nd set was good ) 60x10 or so. | ||

But you have to take into account bodyweight. | ||

Going to do 531 for OHP, and swap between heavy bench, heavy cgbp, bench for reps, and cgbp for reps. All paused though. And going to rotate in bands and chains when i feel i need it. & Use incline bench, DB ohp, and dumbell pressing for accessory. Along with usual rowing and curls for other accessory on dl days | ||
