my heart rate is much lower now while working out, first time i it was going up to 170bpm
now doing the same work out it was 130 and only went to 150 when i went flat out

incline smith 50k 3x15


X trainer 1 hour 30 mins on empty stomach
covered over 16k and burned aprox (acording to the machine) 1300k
it will only let you do 60 mins in one go so i had to get off fill my water bottle
and do another 30 mins

Yes but its not what im focusing on atm so im not going to heavy

During my last dabble with gear i got bad chest pains one night and my left arm went all tingley
at 26 and having 3 kids you really dont need that s**t happening. My mum also has had heart problems and she is fitter then i am, shes a postwoman and walks miles every day and goes to the gym 2-3 times a week

so i want to get my self fit first then i will start lifting propperly once again. There is more to life than being the strongest guy in the gym it has took me a while to realise this but i finaly have.
