My mum also has had heart problems and she is fitter then i am, shes a postwoman and walks miles every day and goes to the gym 2-3 times a week so i want to get my self fit first then i will start lifting propperly once again. There is more to life than being the strongest guy in the gym it has took me a while to realise this but i finaly have. | ||
