good goin mate , i wouldn't go to thai boxing too often , might get 'overkill' and f**k it off , at first i though one session a week of judo wasnt enough , but i find it perfect , i should have a yellowbelt by april and hopefully have plenty of fights this year

1 session a week is looking good as today i feel like i have been hit by a train
every muscle aches.
i would like to have a fight in thai but not for a while yet as i would get my arse kicked as im so unfit
im used to fighting as i grew up in collyhurst lol

yea, Thats why i liked the look of judo - you can go at it full whack and not have a face like a dropped pie - when i used to go boxing i was forever explaining to people why my face was black n blue (note:i wasnt very good)

I am planning to do 2 hours next week on the x trainer
im 100% sure i can do it physically.
im doing it as a test of mental endurance to get ready for road running

the quicker you introduce veriety - both intensity wise and exercise wise you will increase fitness 10 fold

2 hours on a Xtrainer is a test of will thats for sure , even with some chunky hoofs to look at

spinning is next on the list. I have been planning on doing it for a while but i wanted to get my base level of fitness up before starting

so very soon i will be doing
muay thai on monday
spinning wednesday (i think that is beginers class)
and x trainer friday

for some reason i still dont feel confident starting running on the road yet
too many people to see me going beetroot

weight has stayed the same this week but i look like i have lost weight which is very strange
plus i have eaten out a few times this week for birthday stuff and had a few bottles of wine
but back to being t-total this week
