has free and readily available gothic porn Member 29, 1088 posts SQ 1, BP 100, DL 200 301.0 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq	no i am training just forgot to log it been doing 30-45 mins cardio 3-4 times a week managed to get out and do my first road run after treatening to do it for ages lol just went for a mile under the cover of darkness and did it in around 12 mins but i had to walk part of the way after getting the mother of all stitches and i have developed some strange wheezy cough but i enjoyed it in a strange way. i did find it hard finding a pace to run at. the pace i find it natural to run at is to fast for my level of fitness at the mo i doubt i will be ready for this year london marathon but who knows for next year
