cardio

15 mins flat out on X Trainer

20 mins on bike doing HIIT

i did it on a hill setting where the level increses for 1 min then goes back down but goes up an extra level each time it goes up a step

on the increased lvels i went flat out 100-110 rpm and on the bits with no level i took it easy

probably not the best way of describing it but im f**ked lol

cardio tonight

was ment to be 30mins on the x trainer but it turned into 50mins instead
the thing said i burned something like 700 cals and covered 10k

im getting to love cardio

Quite a few people have mentioned my weightl loss now so i must be going something right

im still managing to hang on to muscle some how lol

from next week i will be starting to hit each muscle group once every 2 weeks HIT slylie

No but i might get one with the cash i make on fleebay

i dont have to worry about loosing leg size as i had skiny legs even at my biggist

I can now see the split line between the upper and lower pecs though
if i can keep what muscle i have and lose another stone i will look ok
not sure ho long abbs will take

been doing cardio but not as often as i would like its been a bad few weeks. body weight
is still the same but i have not put any thing on.
hitting it full on again next week

I will be hitting it full on again from monday but its just been a mad few weeks and i have been ill as well
i just need a new goal too, some thing to push towards. Some kined of run is what im thinking
getting to 15st is next on the list though

im glad i havn'e put any weight on and some how im still quite big muscle wise, f**k knows why as i haven't been eating much protien for ages and i came off without pct.
