First night at muay thai tonight and i loved itGrin
felt like a bit of a nob being the new lad. i spent the first half just talking to one of the trainers about what i wanted etc he commented on my size (muscle not belly)
i need to get alot fitter and more flexable but im sure this training will help

anyhoo, why have you put on weight recently, have you been binging you naughty little elf ?

stay focused bigboy ,mabie look on ebay for some instructional vids / books for your new found love of fighting , fitness is paramount for that stuff, your gonna be breathin out of your ass when you spar !!!

to lose weight, i can eat all day and not feel full
i could eat clean and still gain weight
but i seem to be pretty lucky as i seem to be holding muscle even when not eating loads of protein

im aiming for 2000cals a day for a steady loss down to under 15st

Boar mate i had a few motivational issues due to a new meds i started (bi-polar)
but im back on track now the sides only lasted a few weeks
will look on fleebay for some books

Been eating well. had a few beers with friends last night for my birthday as i cant be arsed going out on wednesday for it. from today im going to limit alcohol to 1 bottle of wine per week with 1 cheat meal.

Im going to do one weight lifting day where i will do a full body routein the rest will be cardio and muay thai is i get into it(which im sure i will), i have a feeling geting kicked and elbowed in the face will be less fun than doing it to some one else lol.

First full night at thai boxing and im f**ked, its well brutal
last week i just did a bit of punching etc and missed the warm up

so called "warm up"
6x3 min rounds of running on the spot with sets of 5

press ups
burpies
sit ups
squat thrusts
double jumps
some other kind of jump

im sure there were a few more i have forgot

then 1 hour of kicking and kneeing pads in 3 min rounds
but even holding the pads f**king hurt and was knackering

then
50 push ups
50 sit up
50 leg rases

all this has left me f**ked but i will defo be going again

i did plus the gym is run by an ex worl champ and there are current british champs and i think there is some one with a world belt
