You should be eating a fair amount still, just make better choices with what you eat. to lose weight, i can eat all day and not feel full i could eat clean and still gain weight but i seem to be pretty lucky as i seem to be holding muscle even when not eating loads of protein im aiming for 2000cals a day for a steady loss down to under 15st Boar mate i had a few motivational issues due to a new meds i started (bi-polar) but im back on track now the sides only lasted a few weeks will look on fleebay for some books | ||
