Midlands qualifier has a Maxle in where I could possibly (if I'm injury free) put a decent show on

(just for that event lol... The rest well be solid mid pack efforts Grin)

Thanks big jay!
Yeah sure I will jerk 200kg if you like, just got to shake this dead leg off first
Circus tricks are fun!
I'm satisfied with this weeks training, I got in five times and did s little bit every session which was worthwhile
I want to start putting up videos to make things more attractive and interesting to make up for the distinct lack of increased poundages
I hope you're well mate!

Man im so glad you said that cus for sure i would love to see that or anything close to 200 would be Cool as f**k !!
I love the circus tricks from yellow pages being torn in half to the rolling of frying pans etc etc . I would love to see some more vids Mike get it done !!

Good consistent training Mike.

More videos are a must, especially of massive overhead lifts!

Pretty big overhead lifts will do!

Massive ones I will leave to some of the more serious lifters Happy

I hope you're well youngster and hitting pb's!

Monday 9th January 2012

10 minute jog with Emma before Chinese

I'm hoping a run would ease my back which was tight from standing around all weekend

I got a bit puffy but didn't run too fast because I'm a bit too big

With any luck I can start back on the voltarol without too many side effects

Supp: as I wrote this post my back cracked and now feels relaxed. Winning

I find if anything running makes my back ache if it's already tight

If it was tight due to a pump or training I may be the same, then a good lie down and a little stretching would help

But it was tight due to a lack of exercise and being stood still/upright for too long

I think I suffer from pre emptive regarmortis

Tuesday 10th January 2011

Back squats

60x3
100x3
140x3
180x3
205x3
140x5

5 minute rest, maybe more while Joni push pressed away... Which help my back get ready to pull

14.5" deadlift

70x3
110x1
150x1
190x1
230x1
250x1

18" deadlift

250(3x1)

All mixed done with alternating mixed grip

Then I did the next four exercises in a round robin

Hyperextensions

10(3x20)

Crunches

3x30

Calve raises

80(3x30)

Stiff legged deadlift

70(3x10)

Perfectly fine session for me, am going to do a bit of weightlifting after my hospital appointment tomorrow, which will be fun after today's session

Cheers Wayne

This journal thread was my winter bulking that is paying off now in the new year, despite the painful process it was

Think I put on 5kg over the festive period, and stuck to the plan of the high calorie intake
