Will do these fresh next week to try for 180kg I hope. Fingers crossed! Learned alot doing these today, bench technique! Bench was off today so worked away with three plates The 155 single was all over (so it felt) but I did what I could so the numbers are acceptable as the effort was sound I'll be there on the 17th I hope buddy!
