Burst a muscle in my upper left quad yesterday, so I need to be a clever bas***d for a bit not to further the damage

I figured doing session three of four which is upper back, grip and bicep type stuff may help may aching lower back and legs from yesterday's session too

I've not done these for two weeks so started these with no plans to go heavier than 130kg, especially with my left thigh being a bit hurty

Turned up and the goswell plus his buddy were down to my surprise...

So I tried to join them as they had made the effort to drive from Wales by doing Conans and then yoke

I couldn't budge either implements empty due to my injured left thigh so I won't be squatting this week as I'm temporarily lame which actually irritated me because I couldn't play

Good week to start pulling again this week if I can't squat for a week or two Happy (here we go again lol)

These all hurt... exactly the same, so I'll have to just get back into deadlifting again and hope they become less painful

Bench was off today so worked away with three plates

The 155 single was all over (so it felt) but I did what I could so the numbers are acceptable as the effort was sound

I'll be there on the 17th I hope buddy! Definately

Quads just temporarily f**ked, key word being temporarily

Not that I'm one to plant seeds but if we had the equipment then I'm sure a few guys like yourself and others could take up the opportunity to try some Olympic lifting

(I'm pretty confirmed that my strongman ability is lacking lol)

I'm sure I can do some pull ups and dips... But I will just be happy to be there

I'm still lame and have pulled aswell so my squat session and quad orientated exercises are out for now

Been offline for about a week

Have carried on pulling and am still not dead, did a few pressing sessions and and upper back, grip and bicep session yesterday
