Which help my back get ready to pull 14.5" deadlift 70x3 110x1 150x1 190x1 230x1 250x1 18" deadlift 250(3x1) All mixed done with alternating mixed grip Then I did the next four exercises in a round robin Hyperextensions 10(3x20) Crunches 3x30 Calve raises 80(3x30) Stiff legged deadlift 70(3x10) Perfectly fine session for me, am going to do a bit of weightlifting after my hospital appointment tomorrow, which will be fun after today's session | ||
