Pressing session

Stiff legged deadlift (doing these twice a week while I can't pull)

120(3x5)

Bench press

60x3
80x3
100x1

150x3

152.5x3 next week

Close gripped bench press to three board

100x5
120x1
130x1
140x1
150x5!!!

155x3 next week now, moving dips until after these I hope will pay further dividends

Dips (5kg weighted)

5x10

Next week I will do two sets of ten with 20kg and the three tens with bodyweight. Doing fifty reps in total here has a great ring to it so will try to keep the balance I'm getting

Incline chest press

20x20
40x10
50x5 into 40x5 into 20x10

Tricep push downs

25x10
50x10
70x10 into 35x10 into 20x20
35x20

Crunches

6x20 alternating between both knees up and one knee up

Next year if I do the 150(5x5) bench that you've done jimbo then I will be very pleased... Probably 20kg off that at the moment so definatley do able tbh...

Jay and olly my men!

My basic plan is taking form to think I'm maybe 6 weeks away from 160kg triple on bench is cool as f**k

I'm back squatting today, 190kg nothing too heavy just a light training weight to start a build up on them

would be up for some grip training tonight if you are up for it. Nice weather so could go downstairs and do some farmers holds, maybe take a sandbag for a long carry!

My grip training is done with the session which I did on Saturday this week, and my forearms were pumped!!!

You can squat with me though Wink

Would have been nice if I did just squat 190kg I think in hindsight...

The session I did today/yesterday was BRUTAL!!!

I have an idea how to keep things going too with my little goals

Next week I'm doing the session I just did and only increasing the box squats with a view of doing 200kg for ten before dropping the reps on this exercise for the future sessions
