Stiff legged deadlift (double overhand)

My humble back rehab continues, definately feel these having an effect in the long term

Push press

70(3x3)
90x3
110x2
120x1
130x1
135x1

Cool, enough for today. I'm not very good at these and this is the only reason I want to do them... Next week I'll do 137.5x1 and then 115x3 in the same session

Press

60x5
80x3
92.5x1
102.5x5

These are stalling (and I don't want to remove push press just to be fresher as I don't mind my standing press becoming stale for a while) so next week I will do 105x3 then the week after 105(2x3) the finally (3x3) before finding some confidence and more strength with this exercise

So many areas are improving and I'm less injured that I'm happy to be moderate here. In the long term I'm sure next year I will press big numbers again (120kg +)

As I did 60kg dumbbell overhead last week (both left AND right Happy ) I'm not bothering doing them for a bit and just need not to forget how to do them next year. Not a current issue

Incline log press

110x15 pb

Lots of pbs I don't make a note of but this must be another, next week 115x10 then 120x10 the week after then I'm thinking of dropping the reps and hitting some big numbers on this exercise

Viking press

Supinated pull up

Narrow grip front pull down machine (fat gripz)

Pin in 5th hole(3x20)

Dumbbell hammer curls (fat gripz)

Very much more difficult which the larger handles

E-Z preacher curls

5kg on each end of the bar (3x10)

f**ked after the fat grip curls, can throw in some more curls in the week maybe if I like

Crunches

3x30(both knees raised)

Three decent sessions this week and loads covered... Bodyweight 104.6kg last night also so everything is going to plan

My initial training is more relevant Nd important before I move on to "other stuff" which is less easily followable or important

I made the decision nick my man to train three times a week on weights and cover alot of ground

It's not for everybody but I don't have the best improvement rate

So far I'm very pleased that I have set the load so high, although it is very very very painful

Especially after today's session which is squat day!

This will be quite disgusting
