Sounds like you need to start wearing more layers, I love working in this weather!!!

The quad is fine, very painful non serious tear... Two week injury maximum

Need them upper thighs for the old side handled deadlifting Grin

Not done heavy dips in a while, very good exercise that needed some real effort

Standing calve raises

80(3x40)

Just did these in between dips while warming up

Close gripped bench press to three board

60x3
100x3
130x3
150x3

Fin

I didn't do loads but at least I didn't do "f" ing double banded barbell curls Grin

Thanks to little lee helping me with the belt weight chain thing

At work wrapped up warm

Thanks for the first post in mine journal

Think I will do heavy dips again, just because once I'd stopped messing about with the belt etc the exercise was worthwhile I thought!
