Not so much as forgotten as can't remember Member 894, 4924 posts SQ 245, BP 167.5, DL 272.5685.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Friday 9th December 2011 Dips 3,3,3 3(20) 3(40) 3(60) 3(70) 10(10) Not done heavy dips in a while, very good exercise that needed some real effort Standing calve raises 80(3x40) Just did these in between dips while warming up Close gripped bench press to three board 60x3 100x3 130x3 150x3 Fin I didn't do loads but at least I didn't do "f" ing double banded barbell curls Thanks to little lee helping me with the belt weight chain thing At work wrapped up warm | ||
