Still with virus which is taking a while to disappear... But I need to exercise my lungs because I may need them at work Anyway 10 minute jog, tight chested but my back feels much much better now than it did before exercise Today's push press and pull up session I will do on Monday so as is well Strangely enough my triceps are very painful :/ but i think all the joint pains are related to this coughy illness Happy new year | ||
