I'm okay just having an extended winter deload it looks like lol

Soon be back to playing strongman... and will probably put in some competitiveness with a few events

Joni said he is going to out pull you after his recent pb so look out for him!

But it was excellent as I knew it would be, and you talk sense hixxy!



Just had a post training nap... and feel like my soul has been to the afterlife and back, that was some heavy sleeping!!!

Aha you are brown bear, makes perfect sense!

Yeah It's a painful process that will improve I think in time

Rest is not the answer with this problem and de glassing my back is the target

Having said that I wouldn't wish a bad back on anybody

It is I Grin the brown man as hairy as a bear hehe

My back is s**te ATM too cant deadlift currently no worries though

Saturday 31st December 2011

I woke up after the gym had closed and as its not open tomorrow I will pick things up on Monday...

Still with virus which is taking a while to disappear... But I need to exercise my lungs because I may need them at work

Anyway 10 minute jog, tight chested but my back feels much much better now than it did before exercise

Today's push press and pull up session I will do on Monday so as is well

Strangely enough my triceps are very painful :/ but i think all the joint pains are related to this coughy illness

I'm completely off Sunday and Monday so yeah definately

Push presses need to be kept up, if you don't use it you lose it

Should be Monday through to Friday training next week including the one I have to make up for now

I should keep to low reps like yesterday's session too

Some nice sessions mate. Returning to full fitness it seems!

Can't beat a bit of cardio to loosien the back. Had a look in your journal the other day and you inspired me to go for a jog. Cheers
