Happy with tonights lifting. Fed up of doing 5 x 5 so upped the weight. My shoulders couldnt manage 5 sets, still strong come set 3 but was getting a feeling that they were gonna give way if I kept putting so much weight on them. At the end of the day tho Raw bench counts for f**k all to me so best get beasting my ass in the shirt.
Any chance Mr Griff can post up some lovley titties make me feel better?

Moz, how do you find your weighted dips help with your Bench ? I don't include these at all on Chest day and I'm wondering if I should chuck em in...

I do them on 'tricep' day mate. Fri is 'chest' day. I personally love them. When im dipping heavy chances are my bench is going thro the roof aswel. Is it a result of good bench or is the good bench a result heavy dippage? Have ago wes it crnt hurt. Do them before your burnt out tho Happy

Thanks, I think I'll put them in on D/E Bench day, that way I'll still be fresh when doing em... I'm looking for any little changes to aid my Bench at the minute so I'll give em a bash !
