I rather think not. I'm guessing 'light' refers to amount of volume.

thanks Martin you answered Ricks question perfectly! i reckon I can do 190kg raw so 180 is around 95%?

I used to use a katana aswel. I think the rage X is awesome. a loose rage x is better than a tight katanaConfused how does that work? let me know how you7 get on in it ladHappy

bench is goin well mate , you training the other bits too ? your legs will wither away into pipe cleaners if your not careful !

yup thats the plan Jonny. Im hoping that if I lose muscle mass off my legs I can put more across my chest/ shoulders/ arms. I know this horrifies some of you lol. I will be squatting or deadlifting around once a mnth. Might be doing some Monday night! I still leg drive tho so might throw in some leg presses. Lazy mans lifting lol
