Im hoping that if I lose muscle mass off my legs I can put more across my chest/ shoulders/ arms. I know this horrifies some of you lol. I will be squatting or deadlifting around once a mnth. Might be doing some Monday night! I still leg drive tho so might throw in some leg presses. Lazy mans lifting lol | ||
