Friday 27th June Quick 25min workout
Box Squats
60kg x 10
100kg x 10
110kg x 1
120kg x 1
130kg x 1
140kg x 1
150kg x 1
160kg x 1
170kg x 1
180kg x 5 PB Felt confident so went for it!
Not done these for a long time so chuffed! Loads more in the tank!

were they paused on the box steve? either way paused or not that is very impressive ,and if they were paused your a f**king beast!

Will, my box is near perfect 90 degrees mate. Ive always trained way below 90 degrees though, so hitting 90 or above seems easy. Ive been told on many occasion i squat too low!
Cheers Ed, yes they were all paused and on the 'last of the 5' on 180kg i was down there nearly 3 to 4 seconds!!!

No not doing the 105's pal this time, but would like too next year if i could get upto 95kg weight! But that seems impossible, cause i think ive got too fast a metabolism! Burn to many calories!!!

Let me be the sceptic here mate
We spent hours at the strongman comp and
a) you didnt have a big bag of food with you,
b) you drank water
c) you then ate a measly protein bar meant for bodybuilders
back to basics mate!

It all this crazy 100m with farmers stuff LOL
Buy some weight gain shake - approx 800kcals per shake
Have three of them in addition to youur usual meals - put on weight in no time
