That is exactly how it goes man. Olympic lifters are strong as f**k not because they do the clean and jerk and the snatch, they are strong because they train often with submax weights and do them over and over and over again. Eventually those weights feel like nothing at all. That is how my training is structured basically. I do a lot of conditioning too.

Very strong session! Knocking on the door of the LW log world record there! Would be good to see you and Paul cator go head to head in a log for max.

Dude the WR is already there, I just wanted to go way above it with the 170. I think I could have done the 160 for at least 2. I just felt really strong today, might have been that i took thursday off.

I just saw it, he got it easy too. Guess i gotta get 180 then huh? Haha! Not many max log events out there anymore though so I guess it doesn't matter, it is all about log for reps lately so I think I will focus on that harder, but still try to track the max a bit just to see where I am.

2 of the comps i am down to do have max log in them, maybe its a british thing?
