Taken from an interview with Jesse I found on the web.

LIFT: CAN YOU GIVE US A QUICK BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOUR TRAINING IS LIKE?

Well I train every day of the week. Monday is heavy deadlifts, and heavy bench. Tuesday would be front squats and overhead log press. Wednesday normally consists of prowler, tire flips and farmer carries. Thursday would be deadlifts again with an axle bar and off of a 3″ platform, focusing more on technique and speed. Along with this I do normal bench with pause. Friday is conditioning again with prowler, tire and farmers. Saturday is heavy squats and heavy bench. Sunday = conditioning once more.

If that's how he actually preps for meets, and not just off-season stuff, that's pretty awesome.

Seen a video of him a while ago squatting something like 250kg x 7 x 5 sets beltless in his second squat session of the day, crazy volume!

Would really like to see him do the IPF classic so it counts as an IPF WR, be something that could easily stand for a few decades I think.

This guy is really strong and very impressive, but to say he will put 205kgs on his total in a couple of years is a bit unrealistic I reckon; especially considering the level he's at already. Hope i'm wrong though.
Of course, if he puts weight on and goes another route it may be possible.

I don't think it's that unrealistic. I know people who get 40-50kg off a good pair of wraps straight away. So your really only looking at 150kg to add. Given his age and weight... I think it's very plausible if that's the route he wanted

I imagine things just slow right down once you're at that level. 205kg is a s**tload to add to anyone's total in a few years, including with wraps.

Would be cool to see though.

I agree. It'd be equivalent to Usain Bolt knocking 1.5 seconds off his 100m time or Ilin adding 30-odd kgs to his clean and jerk. Obviously, wraps would help add some kgs but 205kg on a top is a LOT.
