Barrel C+P Few fails at 80 due to no warm up then 80x1 80x1
Loading Sandbag 80+ 50000 litres of snow it absorbed x1 80 Barrel x1

Pull Ups 3 sets wide 2 sets hammer
Fat Gripz Curl ss Fat Gripz French Press 4x15
Nothing I did was maximal obviously due to the conditions and having no belt. It will be interesting to see how I perform next sunday with better conditions. Aim was to familiarize myself with the kit and I did just that.

i was doing sled drags the other day and thinking about that big ol tyre and how good it was for dragging ..... do you still see her ? how is she ? ...is she happy ?

Haha! yes shes very happy and still being used at work. Taking up too much room in the van now though so Ill be using it on the field in a couple of weeks

More strong sessions. I tried doing events beltless yesterday, yoke took a lot more focus on staying tight without a belt I found. Are you doing champions of the future 2? I noticed there is a Jordan on the list so I'm guessing it's you, if that is the case it will be good to compete with you.

Thanks pal. No Im not competing as Ive done a strongman comp before which rules me out unfortunately. Do you have your name down for any other comps? Im looking for a strongman one to do this year.

Squats were comfortable. No plan on the log so just hit some explosive 5’s. Log awareness is spot on atm.

Very demanding session overall. My lifts are right up there at the moment and Im very confident my PBs in the core lifts will be beaten soon.
