Called it there. Elbows and forearms are feeling beat up. Had to use safety bars instead of hooks as one of them has been taken away to be fixed, which was a little awkward.

Got talked into deadlifting again

worked up to 220, fairly routine

Then got challenged to a 500m Row. Managed 1min 40secs. Could have been a lot faster but I fell off and then gassed out 50m from the end. I'll give it another go soon and try pace is better.
