I just hated the idea of lifting and for some reason resented it. I have no idea why! Close Grip 60x10 80x5 100x2x2 120x4- I have broken ribs and they felt horrible during this set so I racked it early Wide Grip 105x8-wide grip PB 105x5-same again, pain wasn't fun! DB Incline 42'sx2setsx8-sucked! DB Seated Lat Raises 4sets DB Pec Fly Felt nothing apart from pink and fluffy! Cable Extensions 3setsx20reps Done. Didn't enjoy this session at all! Deads tomorrow, 215x5. | ||
