I also filmed the 200x5 which I need to get round to uploading on youtube. I feel 240 is right there for the taking, I just need to stick with the pull. On the plus side, I do feel that I'm due a deadlift PB soon. | ||

Felt sluggish all the way through. Paused Close Grip Bench 60x3 80x3 100x3 110x1 120x2setsx2-first set, felt good for 4-5 reps, but no spotter 125x1 -slingshot on- 125x2 130x1 135x1 -slingshot off- 100x6 Paused Close Grip Vs Band 80x5 100x3setsx2 Incline DB Bench 3setsx6 DB Lat Raises 2setsx8 2setsx10 BB Extensions s/s BB Curls 2setsx8 Left forearm felt a little sore during pressing, nothing major. Paused Squats tomorrow. | ||

Paused Squats 60x3 80x3 100x3 120x1 140x12-PB-Felt good for 15. I'm going to keep adding reps to the 140 set over the next few weeks and set a goal of 140 for 20 paused with no knee wraps. Paused Oly Squats 100x2 stopped here, getting into the position was way too uncomfortable today. Romanians 100x5 140x5 170x3- stopped here, legs felt like jelly Cat Back Barbell rows 110x4setsx5-comfy Pull Ups 6setsx6-comfy Calf Press 9setsx10 Done. | ||

So I'll squat tomorrow. Power Clean and Push Press 60x2 70x2 82.5x2 90x1-fast and effortless 100x4misses- It moved so easy until it was time to catch it at the shoulders and I just couldn't seem to get my elbows through. I know if I can clean it, I can press it. Seated DB Press 32'sx6 38'sx6-so easy 42'sx5-PB, pressing was easy, I just kept letting them drift away from me which made it hard. Next time I try these, I'll get more reps. Upright Rows 6sets DB Lat Raises 5sets Done. I'll pause squat tomorrow. | ||

I managed to get my feet moving during the cleans, which seemed to help with the catch part. I don't think 110 is too far away. DB Seated Press 32'sx6 36'sx6 Right shoulder wasn't feeling right, not painful, just as if it wasn't sat in the joint properly. I ended up dislocating it and putting it back in, which made it feel better. Upright Rows 5setsx10-15 DB Lat Raises 4setsx10-15 BB Curls 4sets All in all, I'm pleased with this session. Deadlifts tomorrow. | ||
