All felt easier and more comfortable with each attempt. I'm sure there is more there, it's just a matter of getting more practise in. Close Grip Bench 80x8 100x8 100x3-8sec pauses I ended up using the s**ttest bench, two of the feet things are missing so it wobbles like crazy. No idea why I even bothered with these to be honest today. DB Lat Raises 3sets DB Hammer Curls 3sets Done!Not sure if I'll get to the gym tomorrow, it closes at 5 and I'm in work. Hoping for a flier to get there in time! | ||

Oh and grow my beard to an awesome level! | ||

Spent most of my time trying to figure out balance issues during the squat. Also hip still isn't working properly, though there is no pain. Almost as if it isn't firing? I dunno, I'll just squat every day, that will fix it! | ||

Paused Squats 100x8setx3 As I was about to unrack the 8th set, someone came in who I can't stand in the slightest. I got a bit pissed off and without thinking did the following, before completing my last set of paused squats: Behind The Neck Push Press 100x1-PB By this point, my elbows were really quite painful and to be honest, I was way more wiped out than I should have been! Bench 100x4x4 Seated DB Press 26'sx3x10 Incline DB Tit Fly 20'sx2setsx10- These really bothered my shoulders, even though the weight was minimal DB Lat Raises 16's3setsx10 Played around with feet placement and finding a comfortable form with squats. More paused squats and some power cleans tomorrow. | ||

I need to sort my act out with training! Weight has stood still for a couple of weeks, even with the onslaught of extra calories. I went out and bought 5kg of chicken, 8kg of beef and 50 eggs to compensate for this! Paused Squats 60x5 80x5 100x3 120x1 140x2setsx1 150x1 160x1 Power Cleans 60x2 70x2 80x3setsx1 85x1 Felt like I made some improvements technique wise, up until the 85, so I shut it down. Deadlifts 100x3 140x1 180x1 200x3setsx1 Barbell Upright Rows 6sets Hammer Strength Chest Supported Rows 8sets Dumbbell Hammer Curls 5sets Done. | ||

DB Incline Press 40sx3setsx8 36sx2setsx6 DB Lateral Raises 4setsx10 1x8 DB Rolling Incline Extensions 3sets Deadlift 180x5 The deadlifts were because two lads I know were deadlifting, when some tit told them if you pull over 100kg your back will snap.....
