Squats 100 x 5 / 150 x 2 / 190 x 1 totally raw 190 x 2 / 190 x 2 / 190 x 1 250(thinking it was 220, so stupid, but I didn't realise and attempted it, hit depth came up about an inch and failed!) 220 x 1 (really hard work due to the misload! Could of got two I think) 175 x 2 / Squats onto bench 100 x 12 / 120 x 10 / 120 x 10 / 100 x 10 Axel f/oh (1 clean then press) Done outside in the wind and rain! 81 x 5 / 81 x 5 / 91 x 3 / 101 x 2 / 101 x 1 clean (failed the press probably due to been knackered) | ||

Seemed to be getting my hand placement all wrong at first and the bar wasnt sitting right. By the time I figured it out I was a bit worn! Strict Axel 45 x warm up / 85 x 3 / 95 x 3 / 105 x 2 / 115 x fail Strict Log (1 clean then reps) 60 x 8 / 8 / 8 / 8 Bit knackering, but felt great. Definitely going to do this at the end of a session. Front Raises 10 x 8 / 8 / 8 Lat Raises 10 x 5 / 5 / 5 | ||

Planned to have a decent static lifts session today but was a bit knackered and worn out and my shoulders were very tight on log. Happy though really. Log 60 x warm up / 90 X 3 / 110 x 3 / 110 X 3 120 X 2 / 120 X 2 130 X failed but cleaned Backs of my leg were pressing against my calces when I lapped the log so decided to take my knee sleeves off to take the pressure off. 110 x 2 / 110 x 2 / 120 x 2 130 x 1 (1 motion) / had an half arsed attempt at 135 but my head really isn't in the right mode today Double overhand axel deads Warmed up with 5 cleans of 55 & 75 115 125 135 145 150(nfo) 150 X fail Axel f/oh 90 x 3 105 x 2 (would of got 3 put my wrist wrap pinged off and couldn't be bothered to continue) Called that it for today, bit dejected with too many niggles. Going to write off this week and have a couple of days off and have a light week for once worming towards next Saturday. | ||

Going to be testing max reps a lot more off floor. Want to monster this event in the comps I've got coming up. | ||
