Missed two weeks training with the birth of daughter, etc. Ive not missed anything training wise that much but I feel guilty. Back to proper training though tomorrow onwards just did a little bit today.

Bit fatigued from the lack of sleep having a week old daughter causes but wouldn't change it for the world just going to have to get used to it.

Not been on here for a while but still been training just struggled to get any sort of regularity with my sessions due to work, becoming a dad and a few niggles/injuries.

On my 4th week of ed coans deadlift program on sunday.

Paused bench
60 x warm up 120 x 3 140 x 2 140 x 1 120 x 3 120 x 3
(Was trying to take a really long pause on each set 3+ seconds)

Seated log press no back support
42 x 5 82 x 3 102 x 1 112 x fail nwn
102 x 2 (PB) 102 x 1

Not sure why but my elbows fatigued really quick midway through bench. Will have to finish this session tomorrow

Knackering sesh tonight but loved it.

Decided to train at vulcan tonight with the lads for squats rather than train on my own.

Push press
60 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5
(More of a warm up than anything)

Squats
Did about 8 sets of triples with 60 all with a long pause but tried different foot spacing and hand placement.
105 x 3 145 x 3 195 x 2 210 x 1
wraps on - 240 x failed 3 times (don't think I'm far off, just need to keep get doubling near this weight)
165 x 3 165 x 3 145 x 5 145 x 5
105 x 8 105 x 8 105 x 8

Ended with a superset of hammer and EZ bar curls

Happy with what I got despite missing out on the PBs. Being mixing up how I train squats alternating between different types of squat, bars, volumes and footwear.

Daughter was supposed to be having op this week so only tomorrows session was planned, but the op got cancelled at the last minute.

Trained Thursday but was knackered having spent 2 days in Leeds Hospital.

50mm axel 55 x 3 75 x 3 75 x 3 f/oh 95 x 3 f/oh 115 x f (bar sliding off chest)
115 x 1 belt cleaned but was comfortable 127.5 x f (cleaned but took too muchout of me to manage the press!)

Farmers 55 x 10m x2 with turn 95 x 10m 110 x 10m (was p*ssing down through out so ended up stopping farmers here)

Hammer hold
20ish kg for 35 sec with duck walk handle (held it completely wrong as it was handed to me really badly so time is quite good!)

20kg 9late pinch grip managed about 32 seconds lot harder than the duck walk.

Strict Log
60 x wu 80 x 3 90 x 3 115 x 3 120 x 2 would of got 3 but went off balance on 2nd rep and ruined it a bit.



Log felt great. Think ill be on for a push pb soon.

Week 6 of deadlifts tonight. Feeling awesome on deads at the moment. Misloaded last set of conventional deads so made everything else heavier!

Deadlift 60 x warm up 160 x 2 200 x 2
272.5 x 2 (should of been 277.5)

Speed deadlift 230 3 x 3 (supposed to be 227.5)

Power Shrugs 200 3 x 5 (supposed to be 195)

SLDL 160 3 x 5

Bent over rows 60 4 x 10 overhand and underhand

Heaviest dead and last set of speed reps and power shrugs.
