So at the end of the month me and friends are going to the Grill Pit in Wakefield to have a go at their challenge. Only 1 person has succeeded apparently.

2 1/2 lbs burger
1 1/2 lbs chips
1/2 lb coleslaw
1/2 lb onion rings

Had a nosey on google but i thought some people on here would offer more expertise as they probably eat this as a standard meal lol.

The one tip i have heard so far is eat small amounts through the day to keep stomach from shrinking but not too much.

Is there a certain order to which i should eat?

Protein supposedly fills you up faster so maybe leave the burgees till the end?

Nah, kill the burgers first, cut into small pieces and eat with slaw. Then onion rings, then chips, then bun.

Dip carbs in water and just chew until its gone, no real need to swallow mushy bread/chips.

Works for me anyway Happy

On man vs food he always says the opposite. Carbs last

I'd say burger them onion rings and chips dipped on the coleslaw. With if you could extra sauce like BBQ to wash it down

Also next time I'd just taking David Cummings. He'd probably eat 2

the water's a good one actually, forgot to mention that!

Doesn't really need to be any structure to it, just as much as you can manage without being seriously ill and then few hours before just stop. Makes a big difference.

Eat fast, the instant you consider slowing down because you're "a bit full" it's game over.
