Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts | Generally Liam is great at most of those events, but had a bad back after UK's which hasn't healed. Think he was expecting more tbh, but his back refused! | ||

Unfortunately, a lot of the weight is just fat! Need to change things around a bit. I need to get my arse down more on deadlifts, bloody hell! The vids are a good way to see where I need to work on. | ||

Sure he will be pushing the top 2 with a bit more time. Great effort & bring on the Lee Allan show lol | ||
