Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts	Post Edited: 28.05.2011 @ 13:21 PM by brynevans June 7th-11th is the EPF European Sub Junior/Junior Powerlifting championships and is being held at the Newbiggin sports centre at Newbiggin by the sea Northumberland GBPF has a team of 13 lifters in this event. Admission is free and this is a great opportunity to see some of the best powerliters of their age in Europe. Fred Mackenzie and his team have worked incredibly hard to put this event on so I'm sure they'd appreciate a packed out venue. Full details can be found at www.europowerlifting.com

The one in the guns and roses teeshirt. Member 171, 2462 posts SQ 272.5, BP 140, DL 245 657.5 kgs @ 80.2kgs Eq	James Duff squatted 280 in the 83 class! Strong lad. I saw him lift at the NE comp at the end of last year, he was strong then and he has made good progress by the looks of things. Artem Puzirnikov wins the 83 squat with 335! Great squats in that flight.
