Knee was very sore Tuesday but foam rolling seems to ease it off, hopefully will manage to train friday and then deload next week and get some physio in.

Volume deload this week and test 1RMs, just 2 sessions with today being the lighter of the two.

Squat feeling even worse than last week and physio is currently away so probably won't get sorted until at least next week. Will probably just go heavy on bench and deadlifts.

Wasnt sure if i was going to squat at all due to recent issues but managed to hit this cycles target even if it was monged up. Bodyweight has dropped about 3kg in this last 2 weeks which wasnt planned, i want to get this back up a bit over the next month. Physio on monday to try sort my knee problems.

Stretch biceps, pecs and shoulders.

Bit of discomfort and tightness on RHS when benching but the accessories and stretching feels like it has loosened things up a bit.
