Had 9 days rest, and been under the weather over christmas, my gym is still shut until the 2nd so went to an xercise4less gym today, benches are those s**t ens that only have 2 heights so that made things difficult stuck to high reps. Legs where sore as hell very quickly. | ||

Hopefully feel better the next 2 sessions, RHS lower back has been feeling a bit off. | ||

Got 3 weeks of working away now so the pain of training with different equipment. | ||

Hopefully get everything sorted now and try make a run at hitting some PBs, bench is definitely in a good starting position at the moment though. | ||
