Had 9 days rest, and been under the weather over christmas, my gym is still shut until the 2nd so went to an xercise4less gym today, benches are those s**t ens that only have 2 heights so that made things difficult stuck to high reps. Legs where sore as hell very quickly.

Bench still doing alright but 170 was at my limit for today, squats felt crap today and both sessions last week. Hopefully feel better the next 2 sessions, RHS lower back has been feeling a bit off.

Training hasnt been very frequent over the last 3 weeks while working away, diet has been crap and have been drinking quite often. Hopefully get everything sorted now and try make a run at hitting some PBs, bench is definitely in a good starting position at the moment though.
