I think it will but I have a feeling it will take a lot more training and me moving a lot more weight with it before I start to get much of a transfer. I think the slower off the ground and increasing bar speed as it goes up is helping with a few things rather than trying to just rip everything off the ground as fast as possible all the time. good for having confident getting under the bar/axle quicker
I think the paused squats (front and back) are having a really good effect on my loading.
