Americans 'win' with cheese Member 2293, 1493 posts | Put the word crossfit in front of anything that all ready works and sell it as new lol. crossfit is everything and nothing. saved myself another £70 this month alone. | ||

Member 2906, 1 posts | The reason I did this was we have so many CrossFitters who are former college athletes who are in awesome shape at 100kg+ and they stand no chance against the guys at the games but could put on a damn good show when they are put against guys similar. There was a guy at the Games last year, I only know him as Big Del, hes 6'7" 275ish lbs and freaky strong and competes on a team, he went further alone then any team as a whole. It's the American way to make things bigger and louder - I think crossfit may be a bit too "shouty" for English ears ! Nothing wrong with people getting fitter and lifting in an organised competitive way There's a crossfit gym opened opposite my work - I would love to use the bumpers, chin and dip stations and the GHR - but I don't want to pay the prices, or join a class | ||
