Cheers. I think I might have 1.26-27 or so in me at some point. Might train it semi regularly after my novice strongman comp. Quite like the 500 distance.

6'3'' reasonably strong legs and back that time should be pretty straightforward for you.

Where is the comp? Do you have you own C2? Why don't you mention it in your log? What was your SR for the 1.28?

Ok, interesting. What would be a good target for someone with my stats for say 6 months time? I really have no idea about rowing.

The comp is Shenzhenís strongest man!

I train out of a CrossFit affiliate so they have a bunch of concept 2s. I just started adding an occasional 1.40 pace 500m into my warmups a couple of months ago so I didnít really consider that training it, hence no logging. I think I will start logging it after comp though. Iíve had more time to train recently than for years so finally making some improvement.
