Instead of starting a new thread, I thought I would open up this one again:

I received my inzer belt yesterday and have now worked out how best to set it and place it. Unfortunately I am back into a volume phase and unlikely to go below 5reps. Should I wear my belt for 10s and the like in order to learn how to use it? I've read varying reports of the ideal situation but I'm still unsure the best way to learn how to use the belt.....

I think there's a strong case for wearing belts on sets of 10s and similar; you leave yourself open to fatigue at the end of the set and the slightest mistake could put you in a comprimised position... where a belt will obviously help a lot.

Just to clarify I'm talking about top end sets and not warm ups.
