tight blue is very fetching...

looked good to me, not sure how much you sat back into the squat from the angle , but wiggersis suggestion of opening up a little wouldprobably force you to do that anyhoo, even if its 2 inch per foot

mabie more of a ping at the bottom,but thats lifters preference

what comp are you doing ?

I'm nno expert, but I'd say get some proper knee wraps, and get a suit that wasn't made by Gaz's mum Grin And get some weight on the bar, it looked far too easy. Then again, you're miles stronger than me so I probably wouldn't listen to me.

already mentioned wider foot spacing, and note the lower bar position. Hand width is wider as I am old and inflexible so ignore that. Get some decent wraps, and a suit that wasn't made by someones mother. It doesn't look overly tight. You are probably judging tight by normal human being standards, those rules don't apply anymore. You initial reaction should be "whoa that's way too f**king tight, I'll never even get that thing on" if you think that, that's the suit for you, it will then take several weeks to break it in. This is a crazy world BB but fun once you get the hang of it. I'll ask if anyone has an old suit your size, (I believe you are around 100 kilos) and once found you should have a trip down, we can achieve more in one hour face to face than we can in a year on here. Everyone thinks it madness first time out, but over time, they learn to love it.

Tread carefully Barry, they want you and think they've got you. They entice you with promises of suits and wraps and all such s**t, then you are in their grasp and they'll not want to let go!!!! They'll have you lying down lifting weights and pretending its a proper lift, they'll have you picking things up and putting things down, and the only relatively normal lift they'll have you do they'll truss you up like a fcuking chicken. Think seriously about what you're doing mate Grin

Thank you very much .. Is it really for a man my weight ? Gaz`z s**t is for a 120kg man and to be honest i nearly BURST at the bottom of that squat !

How much of the Squat am I required to do ?

squat turns into a game of solid walkout, taking the pain in the bottom position, learning to spring up and strong lockout.

tried the equipment, loved it as in it was good fun, but dont really see much sense in it. But i guess i will do that one day when there is a squat event in a strongman comp maybe next year (or when strong enough to enter those ones!).

Enjoy the ride man. I'll wait till you get disillusioned and when you are emotionally at your most vulnerable will suggest looking into some u105 strongman comps, where i think you would quickly be on the top few. World record u105 log press is 155 if i am not mistaken...
