hi m8 im nw in the 82.5 bt only weigh about 78 kilo im entering the northwest equppid on december 6 . Nt to sure about any others yet.

tonights session clean and overhead press
40kg x5
60kg x3
80kg x2
91kg x1 pb 200lb over head

then just did over head press

40kg x 10
40kg x 10
50kg x 8

5 sets of face pulls

finished on 5 sets of tricep pull downs havet done then this week so wanted to get them in

Final bench before nw championships bar x10, 40 x8, 60 x8, 80 x 5, 100 x3, 120 x2 martins size 50 rage x on 150 x1 easy . My size 46 rage x on 165 fail 160 fail 1 more attempt at 160 and gotit . Cgb 80 x6, 100 x3, 110 x3, 120 x3, 130 x1 pb, 135 fail. Finishd on tricep pull downs

what happend on the 165kg and 1st attempt with 160kg? Why are you messing around in Mr fletts shirt? You should of put yours on and done 140 high board, 150 low board, 160 touch? Eiither way you got it 3rd lift, congrats Happy see you sunday

cheers scott. Moz I plan on opening in martins shirt sunday thats y waz jus seeing iv the touch and press were there m8 . Safe 1st lift

squats tnite warmed up to 160 x1 170x1 180x1 loose wraps on for the 180 but they didnt gv me much at all so was almost a raw lift

Wanted to deadlift today but wrist is really painfull and the recent problems on the bridge made my mind up to go back to bed rest up nw till sunday i fink

probs best that you diddent cause the comps only on sunday and ye 3 people got stabbed on the bridge last night at 10:30

sunday 6th december up to colne for the nw equipped championships weighed in at 79.4kg
squat opened raw got
opener
160kg raw
2nd lift raw
170kg
3rd lift knee wraps
180kg
next bench with my wrist not being at full strength warmed up to single 120kg
then put size 50 rage x on for what should of bin an easy opener but failed it twice so in despiration i put on the size 46 rage x went for 155kg and failed. subconsciously i was worried about the wrist and just dident have the speed of my chest to lock it out . oh well

deadlift
opener raw

2nd lift raw
200kg
3rd lift raw
215kg a big pb and felt easy atleast another 5kg there if not more

if i had made the bench then a 545kg total would have been on the cards . but i have gained lots of 3 lift experiance from this and can only get better . great day big thanks to everyone involed and well done to all lifters
