Been 9 years since I致e posted lots of ups and downs but I知 in the time of my life where I知 ready to start strength training again . This week I hit a 210kg deadlift 6 years since I致e deadlifted so to hit that I知 over the moon . Also hit 125kg bench for a double so I知 at a great starting point. Weight is 88kg . Nowhere near my pbs but I知 guna get as close as I can to what I used to lift . Life takes you to some places where you never thought you could go . No with my family behind me I知 fully ready to see how strong I can get . Hope you all welcome me back . Cheers guys | |||

deadlifts 100x5 140x3 160x3 180x3 200x3 220x1 squats 100x3 140x3 160x3 182.5x3 100x10 100x10 100x10 1st deadlift session for 3 months went well. all weight fairly easy . squats were good defo 5 there with 400lb but not rushing it | |||

cheers mate . good to be bak bench 60x5 80x5 100x5 120x3 130x3 140x1 100x14 great session tnite shoulder is starting to feel better now still little niggle but i can live with that. all easy tnite defo a 150 single there weight is 78 kilo so still 5kg of limits .guna dry to deadlift tmorro all being well | |||

monday benchd up to 120x5 shoulder still sore. squats 100x5 140x5 160x3 180x3 140x10 140x8 felt strong on this considering it was 400.c in the gym and im still only about 77kg bw. promising 220for xmas | |||

so after taking about 6-8 months of from powerlifting and concentrating on other stuff i have decided to start training strength again . body weight is currently down at a very lean 76kg thanks to alot of health eating and alot of enduro mountain biking .i have still been training but by no means have i been chucking up mega weight .well in my terms mega weight. only going to be training 3 days a week as i smashed my car up .so i will be cycling the 15 miles to and from the gym which i enjoy tbh except after squats. so first proper strength day tday. squats 60x5 100x5 140x3 170x3 170x3 140x3 really hard felt so weak .remember smashing 10 with these as a flush set recon i may a single 180 @ the minute .my goals by xmas are to get back to where i was 'stay relativly lean and bulk up a little aswell . feels good to be back doing what i do best . bring on the 2014 british championships | |||
